Letter for Our Friends

Friends are important, often essential.  This is also true for the National Youth Orchestra of Germany.  As a gesture of thanks for the assistance that our numerous friends and supporters provide, the orchestra puts together a letter to our friends three times a year.  After the end of each work period, the young musicians personally write articles or even draw comic strips describing their experiences in the orchestra; some conduct interviews with the conductors and soloists.  In combination with photos, selected reviews, and a greeting from the orchestra’s mascot Konrad, the letter provides a colorful glimpse into the world of the National Youth Orchestra.  A preview of future projects is also included.
